Yoga unites the breath, body, and mind in a way that eases tension and promotes health and well being. Regular practice improves your breathing and outlook on life. I take inspiration from nature and literature incorporating this in my classes and yoga teaching.
My approach is to focus on breath, mind and body working together and how they are intrinsically linked to create a deeper sense of wellness, relaxation and calm. Yoga is more than a physical workout.
I use words and affirmations to reinforce and inspire you in your yoga asanas or poses, breathing and meditation help your mind and body reach balance.
