I have compiled a stress management with yoga training session for in-house delivery. at your business, on corporate awaydays or online. The focus is based on an ancient yoga philosophy to help be aware of senses and emotions but ultimately calm or still the mind and the power of a controlled mind in times of crises.
The individual (employee) is the master or passenger within the Chariot
The body is the chariot
The intellect is the driver or charioteer
The mind are the reins
The senses or wishes are the horses
Without intellectual awareness of the whole the mind (reins) can be led or driven by the horsesenses/emotions/wishes (horses) often leading to chaos or lack or perspective or clarity. This can be applied to the workplace and also in employee's personal lives.
The use of calming breathwork and exercises, meditation and resilience are presented within a gentle yoga session lasting 1.5 to 2 hours depending upon brief.
