Contact me about joining my next Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) Session online for complete relaxation. 1 hour starting with very gentle exercises encouraging your body to get into "rest & digest" then a 40 minute relaxation script to take you into a deep level of rest. Ideal for those who struggle with sleep as 30 minutes yoga nidra is said to equate to 3 hours of quality sleep.
After an initial conversation and brief I will create your own bespoke yoga sequence and run through it with you on a live Zoom yoga lesson. Ideal for a gift or just a gift to yourself!
Ideal for hen parties or groups I run a 1.5 hour G&T (or drink of choice) yoga session including relaxation suitable for all levels. It's fun and light hearted with NO alcohol being drunk until yoga session completed
I have written a 1.5 hour yoga and breathwork sequence to explore the management of stress within the body and mind titled "Who's Driving Your Chariot?' You'll gain life hacks on managing your own emotions and stress to achieve a calmer outlook. I run this as a corporate training or wellbeing unit but it may be appropriate for your needs too. Can be delivered by Zoom.
Each sport uses different parts of the body and I've written sports specific yoga sequence for skiing and sailing to help achieve more flexibility within these muscle groups. Whatever your sport get in touch and see if I can help.
