Hello. I'm Susie Delves and have been practicing yoga for over 30 years. British Wheel of Yoga Qualified (recognised as the UK's leading yoga body by Sports England) I teach mixed ability classes for beginners to intermediates. You will be given various options or stages in each pose so don't worry - its your practice to enjoy with no competition or pressure.
After a warm up expect to work to your edge or whatever feels comfortable for 40 minutes through a series of poses (asanas). Over the weeks you will see an improvement in both strength and flexibility. It's a fun atmosphere where questions, laughter and the occasional groan are encouraged...
At the end of each class there is a 10 minute relaxation using breath, mind and body to create a total sense of calm before you head off back to your day -lighter, less stressed and feeling GOOD.
